- 2 inch chunk of gingerroot shredded
- 12 # wildflower honey
- 0.25 t irish moss
cool and pitch 1 sachet Lalvin D47 with
- 1 t yeast energizer
- 1 t yeast nutrient
After a week, dry hop with 1 T crushed black peppercorns
only enough bottling sugar for sparkling...3 oz or so.
