Mash @ 150F
  • 4.0 # pale 2 row
  • 4.0 # maris otter
  • 0.5 # 40L crystal
  • 0.5 # wheat malt

boil
  • 0.5 oz amarillo - first wort
  • 0.5 oz columbus - 60 minutes
  • 1.0 # cane sugar - 60 minutes
    1 T black peppercorns - 20 minutes
  • 0.5 oz amarillo - flameout

chill and pitch 1 sachet S-05 in a slurry

  • OG 1.056
  • FG 1.002
